Shipping & Returns
Delivery and shipping FRANKL aims to deliver your purchased items as quickly as possible. Your order will be processed once the transaction is complete. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier and tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 5 business days for order dispatch. Note that delivery times are guidelines and start from the dispatch date. FRANKL cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. FRANKL does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or available for purchase. Please be adviced that any product that is not in stock will be shipped within 2-4 weeks after the order is placed. For all countries outside of the European Union, please be aware that any additional customs fees, taxes and/or import duties applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please be advised that shipping rates may vary for discounted or sale items. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website. Shipping Restrictions Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items. Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. FRANKL products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unworn, and uncleaned. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with seals, labels and bags fully intact and present. We are not responsible for any loss of return packages during shipping. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges and any additional customs fees, taxes and/or import duties incurred when returning products. To initiate a return:Email us at info@frankljewelry.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Ship the returns/exchanges to the address provided in the return confirmation email. Upon receiving the returned product(s), an email confirming receipt of the product will be sent. FRANKL will issue a refund for the full amount of the returned products within 30 business days of receiving the items. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the initial shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount and that FRANKL will not be responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or charges incurred. Custom made orders and gift cards are excluded from this return policy. To exchange an item, please follow the return procedure outlined above and proceed to place a new order for the desired item.
